- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meeting
- Generate the project leads and get the tender from the respective client.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Daily basis to meet the respective new client like ( architects, Interior designer, Builder and other industries )
- Schedule a new client meeting for the management
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Skills Set :
- English, Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook.
- Knowledge of file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Any degree ( UG / PG)
