- The role involves building strong relationships with clients and insurance partners, analyzing market trends to drive exponential and profitable growth.

- Independently lead the business development efforts targeting large enterprise customers, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address the specific needs and challenges of enterprise clients.

- Drive the sales process from prospecting and initial contact to negotiation and closing deals market trends to drive exponential and profitable growth.

Qualifications :

- Strong large enterprise sales and customer service skills.

- Experience in the insurance industry, specifically in structuring large consultative driven commercial insurance programs.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and insurance partners.

- Good understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

- Ability to analyze and interpret insurance wordings

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field

- Relevant certifications in insurance or risk management would be beneficial.
