Job Description
- Managing Partners are responsible to drive their team of Agency Partners and Life Advisors to complete their targets.
- Recruiting Agency Partners such as Rtd. Govt. Officers, teachers, second innings housewives, making them understand their benefit of joining APC as an Agency Partner.
- Support/Clear the path for Agency partners and their Life Advisors.
- Going on joint sales call with the team.
- Creation and management of the team
Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- Age<=40
- Education: Graduation mandatory
- Domain candidates preferable, Non-Domain(Channel sales)
