Roles and Responsibilities :
- Allocating areas to sales representatives.
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
- Monitoring teams performance and motivating them to reach targets.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
- Dealing with some major customer accounts directly.

Having sales and marketing experience
Age : 24 to 40 Years
