Position: Business Development Manager

CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Bonus

- Generate lead from the open market
- Sell Life Insurance products in the open market
- Develop new members of the team
- Partners with an advisor to ensure adherence to performance standards.
- Recruit and develop quality advisors.
- Manage and Develop the channel network to promote insurance.
Candidate Profile :
Qualification : Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
Experience : 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
Age : 21 to 38 Years.
