Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
As a Business Development Manager, you will be in the role of hiring, training, and growing a team of insurance agents with the goal fulfil sales targets while promoting the agency's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Agents should be recruited to generate fresh leads.
- Meeting with prospective customers
- Cold Call
- Customers are visited on a daily basis.
- Team performance should be monitored and evaluated on a regular basis.
- To drive business growth, arrange regular customer meetings and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing
- Strong Communications Skills
