Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Create and implement a sales plan that meets top-, bottom-, and customer-related goals.
- Build prospects' value proposition and market the organization's brand in designated areas.
- Regularly review the sales plan and, along with the CEO, take appropriate action to make adjustments and changes to policies.
- Uphold established SLAs by consistently updating and publishing a sales database and MIS.
- Charged for reaching the personal goal.
- Using pre-established methods, gather client feedback proactively and share it on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct research, get an understanding of the external environment, its dynamics, and the implications for the organization's present and future objectives. Recommend necessary modifications to strategy.
- Respect the pertinent organisational policies and procedures.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
