Positions and Obligations :

- Development of Strategy : To meet business goals and revenue targets, create and execute a strategic sales plan.

- Leadership : Recruiting, training, and performance management are just a few of the ways you can show your sales staff support and direction.

- Management : To measure sales performance and incentivize the sales staff, set up explicit KPIs and performance measurements.

- Analysis : To spot developing trends, rivalry challenges, and expansion prospects, do a comprehensive market analysis.

- Establishing and preserving solid connections with significant clients, associates, and interested parties is essential for promoting client contentment and allegiance.

- Ensuring alignment and support for sales objectives requires tight collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and finance.

- Enhance sales procedures, productivity, and efficiency by spearheading projects for continual improvement inside the sales organisation.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
