Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Formulate and put into action winning marketing plans to advertise goods.
- To fully grasp the demands and preferences of your clients, establish and build strong connections with them.
- Present and demonstrate the characteristics and advantages of the product.
- Make cold calls and use networking to find new business prospects and generate leads.
- Close sales agreements through negotiation in order to reach or surpass sales goals.
- To guarantee client happiness, offer top-notch pre- and post-purchase assistance.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
