Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- Recognise sales opportunities and accurately assess client needs
- Compile and expand on superior project and business expertise.
- Gain knowledge about the requirements and preferences of your clients and tailor your offer to meet their needs.
- Schedule consultations with possible customers.
Prepare and present relevant project and service demonstrations and presentations.
- Handle grievances and objections when negotiating and closing transactions.
- Deliver exceptional customer care, giving careful consideration to the brand experience and the involvement and contentment of customers.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
