Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities:

1. Suggest and locate possible customers.

2. Make sales presentations and show prospective customers the value that the company's goods and services offer.

3. To guarantee recurring business and recommendations, establish and nurture solid connections with both new and current clients.

4. Close sales agreements and engage in negotiations to meet both individual and group sales goals.

5. Develop sales plans and campaigns in conjunction with the business development and marketing departments.

6. To find new business prospects, keep up of rivals and market developments.

7. Continually update management on sales activity, developments, and projections.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
