Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Our Sales team is looking for a hardworking and customer-oriented individual to join us as a Business Development manager on an immediate basis.
Roles And Responsibility:
- Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert the lead to sales.
- Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given criteria
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Drive business target
- Work on leads provided by the company
- Providing that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
- Find Leads Through your Networks.
Candidate Profile :
- The age Limit is 21 to 38 years.
- Education Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience at 2+ years of Any Field Sales & marketing ( Insurance, Broking, FMCG Sales, Banking, Finance, Real Estate, Automobile, Pharma , MR, Loans Any Sales )
- 2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
- Android-based smartphone.
- Good communication skill
