Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced and smart Business Development Manager to join us. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create leads via a variety of methods, like as networking, cold phoning, and recommendations.

- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market conditions.

- To learn about the requirements and tastes of your customers, conduct market research.

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

- Visit clients' locations for presentations, meetings, and activities aimed at fostering relationships.

Candidate Profile :

Age:- Min 22 Years to max 38 years

Qualification:- Graduate/MBA

Experience:- +2 years in any field of sales

Skills :

- Results-driven with a history of hitting or surpassing sales goals.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
