Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
- A strategic thinker and devoted Business Development Manager is needed to join our Insurance Department.
Responsibilities and roles :
- Team of Sales Managers will be responsible for the Recruitment of Team (Life Insurance Advisors) from own social and professional network.
- Building relationships of trust with the team and the clients.
- Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & managing the spread.
- Generate leads in the open market.
- Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives
- On-field work to reach the maximum customer
- Work on opportunities of cross-selling and upselling
Qualification : Graduate
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of sales and marketing/ BFSI
Channel : Agency

Age : 21 to 38 years
CTC : 3.25 To 3.75 + Incentive + Other benefit
