Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Agency Manager's role involves managing a team of agents or representatives, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Agency Manager Responsibility:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient workflow.
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them, in line with the overall organizational goals.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of agents or representatives.
- Coordinate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and motivation.
Agency Manager Requirement:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
