Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
India's Largest Insurance Organization Is urgently looking for a Business Development Manager for their Agency Channel Department.
In the agency channel, you must find and build your own group of financial advisors from the open market using a marketing strategy, and you must increase business volume by giving them support and training.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Implementing networking, cold calling, and other lead-generation techniques to identify potential customer.
- Set and attained sales and earnings goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
- Creating and organising a range of sales activities
- Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics
- Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals
- Maintaining technical expertise by participation in conferences and seminars
Applicants Requirement :
Qualification : Minimum Graduation in any discipline
Experience : Minimum 2 to 4 Years in Sales and Marketing of any domain
Age : 22 to 38 Years
