Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Create plans for all forms of new insurance contracts, as well as suggestions for additions/changes to existing ones.
- Create a pool of prospective clients from multiple sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, and so on.
- Stakeholders should be informed about the progress of monthly/quarterly projects.
- Maintain accounting systems, databases, and records.
- To maintain mutual satisfaction, keep an eye on insurance claims.
- Meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-4 years of experience in sales and business development.
Age : 22 to 45
Must be local candidate :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in managing a sales team is a plus
