Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a motivated and experienced Insurance Business Development Manager to join our team. The Insurance Sales Manager will be in charge of supervising the sales team and ensuring that they meet their sales targets.
- Manage and supervise the sales team to ensure they meet their targets.
- Create and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and customer base.
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate closely with underwriters to ensure that policies are underwritten accurately and on time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree
- At least two years of experience
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
