Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations:
- Create and put into action efficient marketing plans to convert prospective customers into new ones or modify current ones
- Utilising referrals, cold calling, networking, and other methods, establish a rapport with prospective clients.
- Evaluating the needs and preferences of corporate or private clients and pitching appropriate safeguarding schemes
- To provide clients with the best solution, get information about their risk profiles from them.
- Write summaries of your business's achievements for shareholders to read.
- Keep pertinent documentation and maintain ongoing understanding of terms, sales, and transactions.
To maintain credibility and preserve reputation, review insurance claims.
- Continually update information relevant to the job and use it in practice
- Meet all requirements set forth in the company's policies.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
