Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Find and investigate possible customers, then establish enduring connections with them
- Convince potential customers to speak with you over the phone or in person to discuss insurance products.
- Give clients advice on the insurance plans that will best meet their requirements
- Tailor insurance plans to the needs of specific customers
- Present authorised policies to prospective customers and go over the advantages and disadvantages of each.
- Evaluate current clients' policy needs in light of life-altering events
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good communication skills
