Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities :
- Create and carry out efficient marketing plans to sell new insurance policies or amend current ones.
- Reach out to possible customers and establish a relationship through cold calling, networking, using referrals, etc.
- Evaluate the needs and preferences of corporate or private clients and offer the appropriate insurance policies.
- Gather customer data on risk profiles so that you can provide the appropriate solution.
- Write reports for shareholders outlining the achievements of your business ventures.
- Maintain constant awareness of terms, sales, and transactions; maintain pertinent documentation
- Verify insurance claims to preserve reputation and build trust
- Regularly refresh knowledge relevant to the profession and use it in the field
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Good Communication skills
