Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibility :
- Builds customized insurance policies and packages to meet client's needs.
- Assists clients with filing insurance claims.
- Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Arrange business meetings and training with your team on a regular basis
- Build a long-term relationship with your team and customers
- Generate leads through your team and by cold calling prospective customers
- Monitor your team's performance and guide them accordingly
Candidate Profile :
- Graduation Compulsory
- Age 22 to 38
- 2 to 4 Years Experience in Field Sales and Marketing
- Ability and desire to sell
- A positive, confident and determined approach
