Job and Responsibility :
- Recruit advisors and partners for the company.
- Arrange daily, weekly, and monthly meetings for colleagues in the business
- Increase business issuances and applications
- A daily goal-setting exercise that looks at income
- Find new business opportunities and customers
- Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities
- Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
