Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
It provides an overview of the type of business, nature, culture and generally how the company functions.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Recruiting and Managing a team of financial advisors/agents.
- Manager complete life cycle of agents e.g, Training the partners on our app for servicing their customers in most efficient and effective manner.
- Driving partners for higher pocket share with us and focusing on renewals and ensuring that it is not diluted.
- Focus on Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly targets as assigned by the manager.
- Understand and align with company policies.
- Maintain a high level of business hygiene.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any Field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and presentation skill
- Age: 21 to 32
