Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Sales Manager will be in charge of directing a sales team in order to meet the company's sales and revenue targets.
Roles :
- Develop and implement sales strategies and methods to meet corporate sales and revenue targets.
- Lead and manage a sales team to ensure that sales targets are reached or exceeded.
- Conduct monthly sales performance reviews and provide direction and coaching to sales team members.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key customers and partners.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to discover areas for improvement.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related profession.
- At least 2-4 years of expertise in sales and company development.
- Age: 22 to 45 - Must be a local candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
