Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for examining the future customers and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner.
Job Roles :
- Researching and sourcing conceivable customers
- Building new customer connections and supporting the existing ones
- Regularly Visit different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range
- Defining the technical features of a product to customers
- Develop and maintain long-term relations with customers
- Recruiting and training Financial Consultants, Advisors, and other team members
- Follow up with conceivable customers by regularly visiting them if required.
- Organizing sales appointments to analyze sales insights
Candidate Profile :
- 2 years experience in field sales is mandatory
- Bachelor can apply for this role
- Must have a good local Network with good communication skills
- candidate must have own vehicles
- Candidate must have banking, Finance, and Insurance sector experience
