Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to
enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the
customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
- Ensure Active Advisor productivity is maintained as per the plan.
- Sales Support to your team and customers
- Build and maintain relationship with customer
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint fieldwork along with advisors to a source insurance policy
- Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products
Candidate Profile :
- Min.2 years of experience in Any Field Sales.
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- candidates from all industry will consider
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
- Graduate with Life Insurance- Agency Experience can be consider
