Job Description:
- Identify and develop a highly motivated team of financial consultants/advisors
- Provide required training to your team about products & opportunity
- Build and maintain a relationship with your team and potential customers
- Generate Leads of prospective customers through network, references & Cold Callings
- Generate a business through your squad and interested customers
- To Help a customer in pre and post-sales support
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation in any stream
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
- Strong Communication with the open market knowledge
- Excellent Presentations and persuasions skills
- Ability to coach and train others
