Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a potential candidate for the post of Business Development Manager.
Job Description :
- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Maintain good working relationships with customers.
- Maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :
Position: Business Development Manager
Must be Local candidates
Experience: Min. 2 Year in Sales and Marketing
CTC: Up to 2.40 LPA + Incentive + Bonus + Others
Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
Age: 24 to 38 years
Education: Any Graduation
