Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)

Roles And Responsibilities :
- Find advisors and partners for the agency
- Organize the trainings for the regulations
- Organize choreography on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Hold daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with agency partners.
- Budgeting and monthly goal-setting exercise & completing Sales Targets
- Joint fieldwork, agency partners, and advisors are all involved in locating insurance policies.
- Promote business issuances and submissions
Profile of the ideal candidate :
- Experience : 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
