Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)

Role and Responsibility:
- Identify & recruit right quality advisors to build a strong advisor base.
- Provide assistance to advisors in lead generation, prospecting and business development.
- Make sure advisors give clients the appropriate financial solutions based on need assessments and that they follow the necessary business procedures and norms.
- Reach the monthly business goals for bringing in new clients and hiring advisors.
- Valuating the performance of current agencies and developing action plans to improve performance.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns by overseeing the creation of advertisements, brochures, direct mail pieces, etc.
- Motivating employees by fostering a culture of creativity and innovation while ensuring high standards of quality are met.
Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with BFSI Sales experience of 1- 2 years
- Age: 21 to 39 with field sales experience any industry
- Basis Computer Skills (MS - Office, Excel, Power Point)
