Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Job Summary: An organization's growth possibilities are found, developed, and put into action by a business development manager.
Job Purpose: A Business Development Manager's purpose is to drive a company's growth and expansion by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing sales revenue.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Selling life insurance policies to clients and providing ongoing customer service.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and negotiate deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas of growth and stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sales support.
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification: Graduation/Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing in any industry
- Age: 21 to 38 years.
