- Identifying & Recruiting Potential Insurance Consultants or Advisors
- Driving business targets through insurance advisor
- Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
- Maintain persistence for the policies procured by a team of Advisors to achieve the team's profitability.
- To set targets for advisors & meet expected sales targets consistently.
Candidate Profile :
- Need minimum 2 year experience in any sales and marketing, BFSI, Insurance
- Local candidate with a good local network
Education : Must be Graduate
