- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors.
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors.
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the agency's training needs and work with Trainers to improve the same.
Candidate Requirement :
Experience : Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales and Marketing
CTC : Up to 3.55 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus + Others Benefits
