Job description :
- Create leads and cold visit prospective customers.
- Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain good performance relationships with customers.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Recruitment and development of property advisors.
- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Position of Team Leader.
- Recruit Insurance Advisers and Give Motivation, Suggestions, Lead Generation, and advice.
- Recruitment and improvement of quality advisors.
- Hiring by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors.
- Inculcate product as well as effective training to the advisors by guiding them to client meetings.
Requirements :
- Local candidates
Age : 24 to 38 years
Excellent in communication
Experience : 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
CTC : 2.40 LPA + Incentive + Medical Benefits
Qualification : Any graduation
