- The Field Sales Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets

- Recruit, train, and motivate agents to achieve their targets

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with customers

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to agents

- Collaborate with other departments to improve sales processes and customer experience

- Provide timely and accurate sales reports to senior management

- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the competition

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the field sales industry

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
