Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-12 yrs)

Roles:
- Recruit team of advisors
- Set and attained sales and earnings goals
- Maintaining positive relationships with both existing and potential consumers
- Creating and organizing a range of sales activities
- Providing direction to the sales team and guiding sales improvement tactics
- Investigating the goods, costs, and marketing strategies of rivals
- Maintaining technical expertise by participating in conferences and seminars
Required:
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation in any stream
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in any domain
- The capacity to provide excellent customer service
- The capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Decent managerial abilities
- Ability to work in a team environment
