Manager - Business Development - Insurance (2-10 yrs)

Job Role :

Agency channel, team management, sales management, new product launches, sales events, product analysis, and channel partner acquisition.

- Agency managers' primary responsibilities include choosing trustworthy advisors and business partners.

- A successful business development manager will have the ability to create fruitful, long-lasting relationships with key clients. They also need to have a direct, assertive communication style in order to tailor solutions for different needs on behalf of their clients.

- It is necessary to have your own transportation.

- You should stay in the same city for at least four years.

This is fieldwork as opposed to office work, so be prepared to work outside.

- Finally, be prepared to create your own network.

- Directing a group of senior sourcing managers and mentors (ADP) to find new clients in the market

- Addressing the demands and challenges of a dynamic environment by concentrating on inputs, the hiring of new advisors, quality control, business inflows, retention, renewals, and FOS

- Cooperative field work and meeting with HNI clients.

- Conducting interviews, selecting, and training for new employees to fill the position of development managers.

- Keeping track of and accomplishing the sales goals.

Meeting sales targets.

- Accompany sales representatives when they visit clients in order to support and enhance their performance.

- The group of sales managers is in charge of assembling the team (life insurance advisors) from within their own personal and professional networks.

- Creating a business strategy that addresses the management of sales, revenue, and costs.

- Achieving projected sales objectives.

Candidate Profile :

1. Good communication skills.

2. Flexible & adaptable to change.

3. Well versed with MS Office.

4. Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Education/Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate Years Of Exp :1 to 3 Years
