Experience : Need more than 2 years of experience in Agency channel insurance sales.
Education : Graduation
Primary Responsibilities :
- Responsible for recruiting and training new agents/PoSPs for Motor, Non-Motor and health Insurance vertical.
- Getting premium amount from various PoSPs and providing a best service.
- Guiding, Motivating & educating PoSPs in different line of business.
