Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Recruit Agents to create new leads.
- Train and Motivate team members to reach goals.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Educating inside sales staff on effectively answering common customer questions
- You will Manage Marketing and Your Team- Performance.
- Meeting with the clients
- Provide sales support to your customers and sales team.
- Selection Criteria:
- Graduation Degree mandatory
- 1 yrs to 3 yrs of experience in Sales & Marketing/BFSI
- Not for part-time
- Candidate should ideally be mature, confident, and able to play a meaningful role in Company.
