Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for successful, persuasive and committed to achieving sales goals. Ultimately, a top-performing and should be able to demonstrate strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills at all times.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation
- To have a minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day
- To provide after-sales service and do upsell with the existing customers
- To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter
- To train and skill partner staff on need-based selling and product sales pitch
- Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Candidates Profile:
- Graduation in any stream
- Mini. 2 to 4 Years of experience in sales and marketing in any field
- Strong Communication with the open market knowledge
- Excellent Presentations and persuasions skills
- Ability to coach and train others
