- We are looking for a challenging sales person
Roles and Responsibility :
- Recruit advisors
- Coordinate the regulatory training
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly choreography
- Income and Goal setting exercise for the month
- Joint fieldwork along with advisors to a source insurance policy
- Drive business submission and issuances
- Achieve monthly objectives and targets
- Motivate advisors for various contest and sales enablers
- Daily update about the status of business and applicability in the contest
- Maintain a healthy relationships with customers
Candidate Profile :
- Experience 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing
- Candidate must be having field sales experience.
- Good communication skill
- Candidate should be Local where applying.
