Manager - Business Development - Insurance (1-10 yrs)
Experience:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking, finance, or insurance.
- Freshers with a strong family background or a minimum of 1 year in any hardcore field sales will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough research on the BFSI industry, including market trends, competitors, and potential clients.
- Analyze data to identify new business opportunities and market gaps.
Lead Generation:
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within BFSI organizations.
- Understand client needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Sales Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
- Address client concerns and objections effectively.
Sales Negotiation and Closure:
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and excellent customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and forecasts.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in field sales, specifically within the BFSI domain.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, market trends, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Education:
Any Graduates or Undergraduates with a minimum of 4 years of field sales experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit high-quality prospective insurance advisors and ensure they acquire the necessary licensing to achieve sales targets.
- Motivate advisors to reach the sales targets set by the company.
- Provide on-the-job training and manage the performance of advisors.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure persistence for policies procured by the advisor team to achieve overall team profitability.
Primary Mandates:
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience for graduates or undergraduates.
Age between 22 to 35 years.
- Local resident of Indore for at least 5 years.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid license.
