Business Development Manager - Infrastructure/environmental Projects

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop sales prospects for Reinforced Earth walls, Tech Span, and other Precast products.

- Initiating & developing relationships with key decision makers in target industries for business development.

- Further develop multi-tier relationships to organically grow the client's accounts

- Build referral and lead generation network

- Implement business models so as to create new ventures

- Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulate market analysis and deliver accurate business reports.

- Utilize public info and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.

- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share and metrics.

- Meeting quarterly/ half yearly sales target

- Liaison with state Govt. Officials in the different regions

- Liaison with State PWD officers, city development authorities, NHAI, railway, irrigation authorities for product development and promotion.

- Liaison with different engineering consultants

- Engineering proposal in coordination with the design department of the organization

- Preparation of monthly MIS, sales forecast

- Meeting ISO requirements as per the quality policy of the company

Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Good communication and presentation skill.

- Excellent Knowledge of tendering/Bidding/Proposal of Government & Semi Government Projects.

- Candidate Should have good negotiation skills.

- Computer efficiency especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.

- Client knowledge/working experience with state PWD, City development authority, NHAI, Irrigation, Railways, Mining and Mineral Industry.

- Candidate must have a good relationship with State & Local Government Bodies.

Education:UG -B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Civil

PG - Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required
