Role purpose :

To handle all Consultative sales for the defined states on behalf of the company. This will involve making Sales calls to corporate/ institutions, converting these meetings into firm orders, ensuring understanding of the client requirement, work with the Head in sending quotes and agreement formats and ensuring renewal of contracts wherever applicable. This will involve extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external / internal customers.

Key Relationships :

- Internal Employees (delivery team, pricing, commercial, legal team)

- External Customers (clients, HR, decision makers)

Language Skills :

- English - Expert Level

Key Accountabilities :

- Monthly Targets has to be achieved.

- Pricing, Negotiation, Account Management

- New business has to be targeted

- Market coverage.

- Accurate sales forecasting.

- Close co-ordination with LHH Delivery team.

- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of LHH services to decision makers (Head-HR/Finance/Operations) of corporate clients

Here's what you'll need to succeed :

- The individual ideally has participated in Consultative selling and must have excellent contacts with corporate, which would facilitate consultative selling. They should have a good understanding of how these corporates operate.

- Human Capital Solutions and selling into the HR C-suite is ideal

- Background interacting with Senior Managers.

- Understanding the concepts of Service tailor making and designing depending on the specific needs of the customers & customization

- Comprehension of the decision making process of the concerned institutions

- Ability to comprehend the pricing, and translate this understanding into the negotiation strategy

- Bachelors Degree or equivalent

- 5+ years background in Business Development

- 3+ years background in Consultative Selling

- Expert in the understanding of operations of concerned institutions

- Understands the decision making process

- Keeps abreast of trends in the marketplace, including competition products and strategy
