Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in SaaS product to join our growing team! Your main goal would be to create & identify rising business opportunities, manage the sales process & relationship with clients and help us to scale our product.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Prospect new business opportunities for our HR Tech SaaS product

- Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide;

- Arrange and lead product demonstrations;

- Develop quotes and proposals for clients;

- Provide an outstanding follow-up and overall process experience;

- Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics and new business leads;

- Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team;

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree (Management, Marketing, other) or relevant experience

- Tech & goal driven mindset

- Business oriented, dynamic and eager to conquer the HR:tech world

- Team player, critical thinking and awesome communication skills

- People oriented! It is imperative to control emotions and solve daily problems productively.

- Attention to detail and unlimited curiosity.
