Manager - Business Development - HR Solutions (5-16 yrs)
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HR sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's HR services.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal HR teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands.
- Stay informed about changes and developments in the HR landscape.
Sales and Proposal Development:
- Generate leads and actively pursue opportunities to present HR solutions to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, addressing client needs and concerns.
Collaboration with HR Teams:
- Work closely with internal HR teams to tailor services to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate on the development of HR service offerings and solutions.
Performance Analysis:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR business development or a similar role.

- Knowledge of HR technology and trends.
