- Experience in Lead Generation for HR Consulting business
- Generating leads through email marketing, Data mining, LinkedIn, Facebook, Personal connect or other social networking websites
- Maturing lead upto Meeting Lavel
- Follow up of Lead after Meeting
- Follow up for negotiation and business closure
- Determine target audience and launch email campaign to generate leads for the business
- Exceptional attention to details and client feedback.
- Ability to work efficiently both as a member of a team and independently
- Good in drafting Emails
- Pleasing personality
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Positive attitude, energetic and creative
