Senior Business Development Manager Job Summary:

- The senior business development manager will be in charge of developing business solutions. S/he will build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities:

- Acquiring clients for multiple HR Solutions (temporary/contract staffing, statutory compliances, payroll management, executive search, training etc.),

- Developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities,

- Identifying potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization,

- Establishing relationships at CXO levels, demonstrating value and scheduling presentations for the Managers,

- Doing email campaigns and cold calling the stakeholders in the defined market,

- Identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales,

- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators,

- Establishing relationships at CXO levels, demonstrating value and scheduling presentations for the Managers,

- Preparing a targeted list of companies within the defined territory and constantly be in touch with them,

- Presenting different services and enhancing relationships with the existing clients,

- Generating leads and identifying of new opportunities with in defined verticals,

- Working with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives,

- Participating in pricing the solution/service,

- Preparing sales contracts, following company rules and guidelines,

- Negotiating sales contracts,

- Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion,

- Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately,

- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers,

- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data,

- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Management and Research:

- Submitting weekly progress reports and ensuring data to be accurate,

- Forecasting sales targets and ensuring they are met by the team,

- Tracking and recording activity on accounts and helping to close deals to meet these targets,

- Working with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like pre qualification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner,

- Ensuring all team members represent the company in the best light,

- Presenting business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff,

- Researching and developing a thorough understanding of the company's people and capabilities,

- Understanding the company's goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company's performance.

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field,

- Social media savvy,

- Fair understanding of HR functions,

- Minimum five years- experience in calling on C-Suite Executives to develop and present value propositions to them,

- Experience of HR/IT/BPO/KPO services OR hardcore customer care/call center,

- Candidates having hands-on experience, with a top customer service outsourcing firm will be preferred,

- Experience in closing large, multi-year deals,

- Should have experience in email campaigns and cold calling,

- Comfortable in leadership as well as a team-player role,

- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge,

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

NOTE:

- Candidates with lesser experience or willing to work as freelancer across India can also apply for various positions,

- Senior Business Development Manager will be based at Ahmadabad,

- Business Development Executives may be based at Ahmadabad or in Metros.
