Manager - Business Development - Hotel (4-8 yrs)

- We are seeking a Business Development Manager in the Hotel Operations group. This individual will sell advertising, lead generation programs and sponsorship campaigns across our suite of industry-specific print media, email newsletters, websites, webinars, virtual events, conferences, and tradeshows.

- As a Business Development Manager, you will serve as a strategic marketing consultant to your clients to help achieve their marketing objectives. The ideal candidate has experience in Offline and Online sales both.

- You will be responsible for managing and developing the sales and working all phases of the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In addition, we are looking for the Business Development Manager to participate in sales strategy and contribute ideas to develop new revenue opportunities and customer bases.

Responsibilities :

- Consult with stakeholders to develop integrated marketing campaigns based on the needs and objectives

- Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing customers

- Actively prospect and drive new business opportunities from both online and offline mode.

- Maintain accurate weekly forecasts within our CRM database

- Work collaboratively to cross-sell new products to existing account base and new customers

- Represent our company and brand at trade shows, conferences, and other events

- Participate as a successful member of our team

Ideal Candidates will have :

- 4 years minimum experience in online and offline Hotel sales.

- Excellent presentation, writing, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

- The ability to be a strong and savvy negotiator

- A strong sense of organization with strict attention to detail

- Ability to listen, adapt, and think quickly on your feet
